About Cat Beats
I’m Cristóbal Mancheño, a music producer, songwriter, and recording engineer. I was born in Venezuela, but I moved to Spain in 2018. Since I was a teenager, my friends and family call me “Catire”, which in Spanish means blond man. From the first 3 letters of the word, the name of Cat Beats is born (apart from the fact that the kittens seem to me, beautiful creatures).
For 15 years, I’ve worked and collaborated with many artists over the world, advertising agencies, radio, television networks, and many more. During that time, my works have accumulated four first places and at least twenty top 40s on the different charts of my country.
In 2017 I was fortunate to be awarded a Latin Grammy for the album MARC ANTHONY FOR BABIES, a project that I directed, under the production of Marc Anthony, the Venezuelan singer Nacho and DJ Cruz.
Since 2018, we have not only sold hundreds of licenses to artists worldwide. We have also provided guidance and support to make their productions with high quality. If you leave your music in our hands, our professional team of musicians and engineers will take it to the highest level.
